6-17-97 per phone conversation with Jane at Al Malaikah Temple - 665 W. Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90007 (213)748-0173. His file does not have any personal information on it. She could only tell me that he was born in Pueblo Colorado on June 24, 1893 . He joined Oakland Oct 1962, and transferred to Los Angeles in Oct 1965. [my notes] In talking with Marlene, she remembered Grandpa living for a few years in the San Francisco area in Lakeport after grandma died and he remarried. We decided that grandpa must have transferred to Oakland and then back to Los Angeles in 1965.
