Had at least one son named Charles Clarence Nason b. 8-10-1898 in Grundy
Center, Iowa and d.
12-9-1976 place unknown. No other information at this time. Could this
be the Charles E. Listed in Lucinda's obit????

Frederick Charles Styke, 70, died in a Portland hospital Friday, July 22
after being seriously ill for some time. He was born in Pittsville
Wisconsin March 31, 1879. He moved from there to Northwest Washington as
a small child with his parents, locating at Port Townsend. He came here
in 1911 and in 1913 he married Zaida E. Scott at St. Helens, Oregon. He
lived in Ranier the past 38 years. He was a commercial fisherman and the
local buyer for the Columbia River Salmon Packers for the past 14 years.
He is survived by the widow, Zaida, one son, Albert Bernard Styke of
Oakland, California; two brothers, August of Olympia and Christopher of
Port Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Whitehead of Inglewood,
California and Mrs. Howard Hurt of Port Angeles, Washington; and several
nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Ranier Methodist
church with Rev. O. L. Kendall of Portland officiating. Burial was in
the Green Mountain cemetery with the J. O. Elbon funeral Home in charge.
