Royal W. Donovan, 83, of Naples, died Thursday, January 31, 2002. He was a decorated WW II veteran. He is survived by a loving wife of 56 years, Mary Donovan; children, Jan Stephens, Greg (Debbie) Donovan; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; Preceded in death by his son in law, Al Stephens. Services will be Monday, February 4, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. at Shepherd of the Glades Lutheran Church with Rev. Jon Culp, officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions to World War II Memorial, P.O. Box 96766, Washington, DC 20090-6766 or Shepherd of the Glades Memorial Fund.
