中外國際十大酒店設計師之一。畢業后就進入公司，從設計助理做到設計師職位，日常協助設計總監完成國際、國內眾多的大型項目設計，設計時融入哲學思想，將整體與細部平行考慮，從宏觀、整體思考入手，而在勾畫設計圖時，又對各特殊部分和細部進行構思，讓設計對象呈現出一個完整的形象，散發出當代設計的新秩序。在建筑、室內、景觀等多領域的設計實踐中，她的作品不僅具有較強的建筑感和現代時尚感，還能讓人感受到濃郁的人文氣息。
